She is deeply committed to supporting students as they navigate their academic and social development, helping them realize their full potential whether they are pursuing a degree or preparing to enter the workforce.
Adeline plays a multifaceted role within her institution. She serves as the advisor for the Haraya Club and co-advisor of the Programming Board, where she coordinates a wide range of student-centered activities including events, workshops, and fairs. As an academic advisor, she provides guidance to both current and prospective students—assisting with course registration, academic appeals, orientation, probation, and degree planning. She regularly conducts monthly advisement sessions, offers personalized coaching to students facing academic challenges, and connects them with vital campus resources.
Her passion for education and mentorship is further demonstrated through her involvement in student recruitment efforts. Adeline leads campus tours, facilitates orientation sessions, and delivers engaging presentations that inspire and inform.
Equipped with a Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Adeline is known for her compassionate, hands-on approach and her ability to lead with purpose. Her work extends beyond the campus—following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, she joined the Kindest Heart organization to provide ongoing support and essential resources to communities in need. Her commitment to service and perseverance through adversity have shaped her mission: to be a catalyst for change and a source of strength for the students she serves.
